HTML Widgets; Client Banking Details; Zepto Sort Code (where supported) and Account Number not formatted on entry

When entering a Zepto Account Sort Code (where supported) and Account Number in the Client Banking Details HTML Widget, the entered values were not automatically formatted based upon the database country. This has been fixed, and now they will be automatically formatted at the same time they are validated.

Note: To be formatted correctly, a valid Account Sort Code / Account Number must be entered.
