Client form, Identification grid; update "Colour" column heading

The "Colour" column in the Identification grid on the Client form has been renamed to "Type". This is because that column is used to report Licence Type when the item is a Driver Licence, as well as reporting the Colour when the item is a Medicare card.

The Identification Type column (by default the left-most column) has been renamed to "ID Type".
