Account Statement Change wizard; updated messages if newly entered frequency will be adjusted

When entering a new Statement frequency in the Account Statement Change wizard, if the frequency is Monthly or Yearly the Day of the Month must also be specified. This stops any ambiguity in the future when rolling dates forward where the day is 29, 30 or 31.

If it is not specified, a message like "WARNING: The Statement frequency will be updated from 'Monthly' to 'Monthly on day 31'.". The User can accept this and continue or cancel the change and enter the Day of the Month.

However, this may be confusing. For example, if the frequency is currently Quarterly and changed to Monthly the message still reads "WARNING: The Statement frequency will be updated from 'Monthly' to 'Monthly on day 31'.".

Therefore, this confirmation message has been removed. Instead the main confirmation message now includes "The new Statement frequency is 'Monthly on day 31'.".
