HTML Widgets; Dropdowns shown within scrollable grids may cause grid to scroll

When editing values in dropdowns within a grid, e.g., the Accounting page on the Account Type Edit widget, if the dropdown list was not required to scroll but the grid was scrolled, dropping down a value (e.g., the Element) could cause the grid to scroll.
