Accounts; Pool may be cleared on an Account if changed by another User
The Pool on an Account may be cleared, with no audit trail, if changed by another User.
To recreate follow these steps:
- Open two instances of finPOWER Connect and open the Account form.
- Session A - Add a new Pool, then load an Account and set the Pool on the Details page, save the Account.
- Session B - Open the same Account - you will see that the Pool field is blank, edit the account and change something like the Notes, save the changes.
- Session A - Load the account again - you will see that the Pool is blank.
