Files.Add Permission Key did not prevent Logs adding files

The "*.Files.Add" Permission Keys did not prevent Logs adding files. For example, you could add a new Client Log and select a Document Filename outside the Document Manager folder and the file would be copied, i.e. added, to the Document Manager folder and to the Account, Client etc.

This applies to the following files and Permission Keys:

• Account Applications
• AccountApp.Files.Add
• Client
• Client.Files.Add
• Security Statements
• SecurityStmt.Files.Add
• Security Statement Items
• SecurityItem.Files.Add
• Users
• User.Files.Add
