Portals; GetString method not working for unauthenticated page in Client or User Portal
Calling widget.GetString (or page.GetString) was returning a 401 Unauthenticated error from an unauthenticated Portal Page such as a custom Login page (i.e., the Page was configured to allow anonymous access).
NOTE: This only occurred when the Portal was running under Web Services.
