Deposit Accounts; now support "Closed (Pending)" status

Deposit Accounts now support the "Closed (Pending)" status like Loan Accounts.

This allows Zepto payments to be used to pay out the balance of a Deposit Account. Previously an Account could not be closed if a Zepto payment was still being processed - which it would be when attempting to close the Deposit Account.

• Deposit Account Types
• Now includes settings on the "Close Options" page to:
• Default "Closed Pending", plus the number of review days
• Option to close Pending Accounts during Account Processes if the review date is passed

• Account Processes
• New option to "Complete pending Closes?" for Deposit Account Types

Note, the following new Permission Key has been added:

• Account.Deposit.Close.CommitPending

Note, if the User does not have permission to Close an Account, the "Finish" button's caption changes from "Finish" to "OK" (if came from Account form) or "Reset" (if run from Accounts menu).
