Account Types; Promotions; Promotion Standard Transactions were not duplicated when duplicating a Promotion
When duplicating an Account Type Promotion, any Standard Transactions were not being transferred over to the new Promotion. This has been fixed, and now they correctly transfer over to the new Promotion.
