HTML Widgets; Account Refinance; Calculation may not include new Advance value in some situations

Under some scenarios, the new Advance value was not being included when performing validations on the Account Refinance. The result of this was that the validation may fail if an Account Type was using Min / Max Advance values (for example, SACC and MACC Account Types in Australia).

This has been fixed, and now Account Refinance validations now correctly include details about the new, Additional Advance.
