Task Manager; may fail with an unhandled exception

The Task Manager may fail with the error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index".

This occurs in a Task folder that is grouped and an action is clicked.
