HTML Widgets; Account Type Edit; Data loss warning incorrectly displayed when no data has changed

The Account Type Edit HTML Widget may incorrectly prompt the User if they want to lose the changes which had been made, even though no changes had been made. This was due to Documents, Elements (Accounting page) or UserData (where configured) not being initialised correctly when the original "snapshot" data was being captured.

This issue has now been fixed, and now will only prompt the User if data has changed.
