Account Close wizard; Close Date can now be more than 1 year in advance - if in Forced Test Mode

In the Account Close wizard, the Close Date is limited to 1 year in the future. This is a safeguard to protect against accidental/ incorrect data entry.

If the User is in Forced Test Mode, the Close Date can be up to 10 years into the future.

NOTE: Please use Forced Test Mode with caution and never in a Production environment.
