Business Layer; ISSummaryTableRows; AddSectionHeading3 method added
The ISSummaryTableRows business layer object now supports an AddSectionHeading3 method.
This is used in finPOWER Connect Cloud for the read-only Account Type summary in the "Defaults & Overdues" page to achieve a layout similar to the form.
