Changing the Id of the currently signed-in User now advises to re-open the database

Changing the Id of the currently signed in User from either the Users or Uses and Responsibilities forms may create issues such as causing the Task Manager to crash.

If you change the Id of the current User, the following warning will now be given:

WARNING: You have changed the Id of the currently signed-in User.

It is recommended that you close all forms and re-open the database.
