Summary Pages; Unicode characters in Summary Table, Wiki cells, may not display correctly as HTML

Certain characters such as CHR(146) which is an alternative apostrophe, were not displaying correctly in finPOWER Connect desktop.

For example, if a Workflow Item contained a description that included CHR(146) then this was being displayed as a square in the Workflow Summary when viewed from Task Manager 2.

This issue appeared to be dependent on the browser the page was viewed in and often only shows itself as an issue when the page it is being viewed in is contained in an HTML IFRAME (in this case, the same place displayed correctly in the original Task Manager which was not using an IFRAME).

Any characters greater than ASCII 127 are now encoded for display in HTML pages when defined in a "WikiSimple" type Summary Table cell.

NOTE: The finBL.HtmlEncode function has NOT been updated to cater for this since doing so may have wide-reaching implications on existing Summary Pages.
