HTML Widgets; Can now, in conjunction with Web Services, run a custom, single-phase, Background Process

Many system-supplied HTML Widgets such as Account Processes use Web Services to run a Background Process.

A Background Process runs under Web Services instead of the PC on which the HTML Widget is being displayed (or finPOWER Connect Cloud if running under finPOWER Connect Cloud) and can be used to run processes that may take a long time. Any process that may take more than around 30 seconds is a candidate for a Background Process.
