Security Items grid; Sum Row state is now saved when Grid Layout is saved

The Security Items grid on the Security Statement and Account forms now saves the state of the "Sum" row when the Grid Layout is saved.

This means that if the Sum row is shown when the grid layout is saved, it will be shown when the form is closed and re-opened.
