HTML Widgets; Account Financial control updated to support mandatory Credit Limit Account Type settings

The Account Financial control (used in the New Account HTML Widget) has been updated to respect the "Required?" Checkbox option next to the Credit Limits of the Account Type Admin library.

When checked, the Credit Limit(s) in the Account Financial control will become Mandatory, and will no longer accept a $0 value (the field will be blanked if a 0 is entered).
