HTML Widgets; New "narrow" CSS class that can be applied to table rows such as those containing Radio Buttons

Row spacing in HTML Widget tables is set to a specific amount (4px at the bottom) which, in certain circumstances, can take up a little too much vertical space.

A new "narrow" class can be applied to TR elements to reduce this padding and also reduce the bottom margin of any Checkbox or Radio Buttons contained in the table cells.

This styling is used on the "Final Payment" options on the Financial page of the Account Restructure HTML Widget.
