HTML Widgets; Function added to widget.UI to build the Background Process "Progress" page

Previously, each HTML Widget which ran as a Background Process had its own code (however identical) responsible for building the console-style Progress page. This code has been consolidated into widget.UI under the Function "widget.UI.BuildBackgroundProcessProgress(divProgress, clear, backgroundProcessStatus)" and each HTML Widget has been updated to call this instead. This allows for simpler maintenance of the HTML Widgets.

Note: This function has not been added to the HTML Widget JavaScript help library - this is because it is not expected to be used outside of system-supplied HTML Widgets.
