Scripts; Function Explorer; Rewritten with more functionality and support for C#

The Function Explorer that appears to the right of Script Code and Template Text has been rewritten and includes the following enhancements:

• C# support
• Search box
• Functions in #include files are now highlighted
• NOTE: #includes are only updated in the function explorer upon saving the record and ARE NOT supported for C# (although intellisense will still work as expected)
• When function overloads are found, the parameter list is displayed to differentiate functions
• Prefix dimming for "ShouldSerialize" and repeated function prefixes containing an underscore
