Business Layer; finAccountCalcScheduleItem now exposes Icon and Tooltip Text for grids

The business layer finAccountCalcScheduleItem now has a GetScheduleTypeIcon method that returns the Icon and Tooltip to display in grids.

NOTE: This does NOT include any High Cost Loan adjustments (which, previously, were missing from the HTML Widget version of the Schedule).
