Accounts; Bank Account Number entry does not reformat Account Number and show error dialog
When entering an Bank Account Number in an Account related function, e.g. in the Account Payment wizard, the Account Number is not reformatted.
For example, in New Zealand, if you enter 010902006838900 it should reformat to 01 0902 0068389 00.
In addition, if an invalid Account Number is entered an error dialog no longer is displayed. Note, a warning is still shown below the banking details.
