Reset Database Permissions; updated error message

If a database is open when running Tools, Database, Reset Database Permissions, finPOWER Connect will stop with the message "Please close the current Database before performing a Database Upgrade." - which is obviously incorrect.

The message has been updated to "Please close the current Database before resetting Database Permissions.".
