HTML Widgets; Outgoing Communication; Option to call phone numbers now available

The Outgoing Communication HTML Widget will now display a "Call" button beneath the Contacted information if it recognises the entered contact information as a phone number. Pressing this button will result in the default browsers dialler being opened.
