Range Lookup; Now hides inactive items by default

Where applicable, the Range Lookup form (e.g., when running a report and selecting a range of Pools) will display an "Active" column and also hide inactive rows.

As per normal functionality, clicking the message below the grid will toggle hidden rows on and off.

If the range entered includes a hidden row (and the grid is currently not displaying hidden items) then the item will be displayed but the font size is reduced and the red or green background indicating inclusion/ exclusion is lighter than non-hidden rows.
