Web Administration; Configuration page now displays Proxy Server details

The Configuration page of the Web Administration facility now shows Proxy Server details defined on the Web Configuration.

NOTE: There is a setting "Use Global Default Proxy?" on the Web Configuration form. This is not related to Global Settings and therefore the caption has been updated to mention this.
