HTML Widgets; Zepto (Split) Account Payment Improvements

The Account Payment HTML Widget has been enhanced with regards to how it handles Zepto (Split Payments) Bank Accounts. A new Contact can no longer be added directly from the Account Payment HTML Widget. If adding new details, it would need to be done from either the Account's Payment Method, or from the Client.

Additionally, the following controls were not setting the correct fields to mandatory:

• AccountPaymentDetails (AccountIncomingPaymentDetails)
• AccountIncomingPaymentDetails
• AccountOutgoingPaymentDetails

This has been fixed, and now the BSB, Account Number are set to mandatory.
