HTML Widgets; Account Payment Transfer wizard; Clicking finish may display Account Id followed by an empty description in quotes

Clicking "Finish" may show an empty description of the Account the payment is being transferred to, e.g.:

L10049, ""

This is due to the Account description not having been fetched yet and will generally only happen if the "Finish" button is clicked prior to tabbing out of the Account field.

This message has been tidied up to simply show the Account Id if no description is available.
