HTML Widgets; Setting Default Parameters in finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration not respected when using as a Form Override

Any overridden Parameters configured in finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration were not being applied to any HTML Widgets which were overriding forms.

This has been fixed, and now the Parameters are correctly applied in this scenario.
