Account Withdrawal wizard; Withdrawal Advice does not print if Payment Arrangement page shown

When entering a Withdrawal via the Account Withdrawal wizard, the Withdrawal Advice does not print if the Payment Arrangement page is shown - even if "Print Withdrawal Advice?" is checked.

Note, the Withdrawal Advice can be printed from the Bank Transaction drilldown form - via the Print Withdrawal Advice button.
