Changes to Global Settings no longer force the Business Layer Pool to discard all Business Layer instances
Previously, if a change was made to Global Settings, Web Services would remove all instances of its pooled business layers and generate new ones. This may have caused performance issues and excacerbated any memory leaks.
The Web Services Home, Log page will have displayed one of more "BL.CORE" entries.
Global Settings changes no longer automatically result in the business bayer being removed from the pool (as witnessed by the Home, Log tab in Web Services Administration).
NOTE: Certain changes to Global Settings such as the "Country Code" will still force Web Services to dop business layers from the pool and generate "BL.CORE" log entries.
