Reporting; Run Query wizard; When running an Ad-Hoc Query, the results now have a "Rerun SQL" button

The results grid shown when running an Ad-Hoc Query from the Reporting, Run Query wizard now shows a "Rerun SQL" button below the grid.

Clicking this will re-open the Run Query wizard pre-populated with the Query.
