Account; Transactions page; Reversed Payments are no longer hidden

By default, the Account Transaction grid would hide reversed Transactions.

In the case of Reversed Payments, this was unintuitive since Users would expect to see these regardless of whether other reversed Transactions (e.g., Interest) were hidden.

Reversed Payments are no longer hidden. They are still displayed as inactive, i.e., they appear grey.
