Documents; added ability to add additional Documents to a master Document

A new facility has been added to combine one or more additional (Child) Documents into a Master Document when the PDF file is generated.

This allows, for example, a Loan Contract to include a Direct Debit form, where these are defined as separate Documents within finPOWER Connect. This means the Direct Debit form Document can still be run independently of the Loan Contract.
