External Party Personnel; Organisation should disable some fields

External Party Personnel/ Employee information include the following checkboxes:

• Is this person an Active Sales Representative for this External Party?
• Is Employee available to Sub External Parties?

These only apply if the Employment record is for an Individual. However, the fields were still available when entering an Organisation. This has now been updated to disable the two checkboxes.
