Account Payment Transfers; may cause running Account Transaction Balance to be incorrectly stated

The running Balance on Account Transactions may be incorrect if a Payment has been transferred.

The original transaction is a Bank Transaction so will always affect the running Transaction Balance, however the Transfer Transaction isn't a Bank Transaction and therefore doesn't impact the balance. This causes the running Balance to be incorrect as only one side of the Transaction is shown.

The Account Payment Transfer Transaction will now affect the running Balance correctly.

NOTE: This issue was introduced in version 3.4.2.
