Business Layer; LoadFile(fileName) Function added to finFileDownloadInfo

The finFileDownloadInfo Class has various Functions to allow loading of files in various states. Until now, this didn't include loading from an existing file on the file system (outside of the Document Manager).

LoadFile(fileName) has been added to allow files on the file system to be loaded into the object.

This Class is commonly used in HTML Widgets, predominately when using the JavaScript widget.DownloadFile Function.
