Functions added to finUtilities to retrieve a Service Log's Source Application Shortcut

The following Functions have been added to finUtilities:

• GetServiceLogViewSourceApplicationShortcutUrl(serviceLog, includeAppPrefix)
• CreateServiceLogViewSourceApplicationShortcut(serviceLog)

They retrieve an Application Shortcut which will navigate the User to the "Source" of a Service Log (if applicable). If there is no Source, or an error has been encountered in obtaining the shortcut, either a blank String or Nothing will be returned from the Functions.

This is used by the Service Log form (HTML Widget) when the "Open" button is clicked next to the Source.
