Colour Chooser Combo Box now excludes Windows system colours

A Colour Chooser Combo Box is used on forms such as Log Severities to allow the User to enter or choose a colour from a list.

This list no longer contains Windows system colours such as "ActiveBorder" since they are not compatible with many web browsers.

The colour "Transparent" has also been removed from the list.

NOTE: System colours can still be entered but not including them in the list discourages their use which is incompatible with finPOWER Connect Cloud.
