Information Lists; Alternate Values now support unlimited text values

Alternate Values in Information Lists now support unlimited text.

The Maximum Length for Alternate values can now be 0 (unlimited) or 1 through 255.

WARNING: Only use Information Lists for static information, i.e. where information is not updated during normal day-to-day business operations. If you update items in an Information List it will trigger the whole collection to be re-loaded when next accessed - for all Users accessing finPOWER Connect.
