finPOWER Conned Cloud Configuration form; Processes; Options; Tooltip added to clarify the "Email User when a Background Process has finished" option

The following tooltip has been added to the heading above the "Email User when a Background Process has finished" option to clarify how this option works:

This will email the User who ran the HTML Widget that started the Background Process and relies on that User having an email configured.
