Scripting; finUtilities.GetServiceLogCaptionSummary() Function added

A new function "GetServiceLogCaptionSummary(serviceLog, caption, includeSummaryHtml, summaryHtml)" has been added to finUtilities. This is used by the Service Log form (and HTML Widget) to retrieve information which is typically displayed as a Summary Page; including Caption and Summary HTML.

The Function accepts either a Service Log Pk, or a loaded ISServiceLog object.
