User Group forms added

The following User Group forms have been added:

• User Group (view a User Group)
• User Group Edit (edit a User Group)

An existing User Groups list form was already available from the Administration view, User Security tab.

NOTE: The summary on the User Groups list form now shows less information since full User Group details were previously shown in the absence of a User Group form.
