Compact Mode now styles TreeView controls

Compact Mode can be turned on for a device from the User menu, Device Options form.

This compacts the information in controls such as grids and form headers.

The Treeview control (e.g., used in the Permissions Explorer) now removed a lot of padding from around the individual nodes in Compact Mode.
