HTML Widgets; InformationListComboBox Control; Additional Properties added

The following additional Properties have been added to the InformationListComboBox Control:

• Max Length can now be specified.
• A new Property "OverrideMaxLength" has been added, and if set to True the Max Length on the Information List is ignored and the Max Length set will be forced when SetComboFromInformationList() is next called.
• Blank List can now be updated after the Control has been initialised.
• Though, the updated Blank List will not come into effect until "SetComboFromInformationList()" is called again.
