Number Box Control; updated validation error message

The control used to enter numbers in has been updated to make the validation error message where a negative number is entered, but the control only allows positive value and not zero.

Currently the message "Value must be equal to or greater than 0.00." is shown - but zero is not valid. This has been changed to "Value must be greater than 0.00.".
