Word Documents; added new standard Bookmark
Added a new standard Bookmark for Word Documents as follows:
- Account.OwnerSalutations
- Combined salutations of Owner Clients.
To support this a new function, finAccount.Clients.GetOwnerSalutations, has been added.
In addition, this has been added to :
- Messaging (Email)
- Messaging (SMS)
