Scripting; Summary Pages; Embedded icons including a hash symbol did not render correctly

Summary Pages can include templates to display icons, e.g.:

{{icon|Flag[Green]}}
{{icon|Flag[#00FF00]}}

If a summary pages was generated to embed these icons then icons containing the hash symbol, e.g., "Flag[#00FF00]" did not render as expected.
